over 20 years, with many client relationships continuing throughout this time.
I set up Terra Nova research in 1991 to deliver accurate, in-depth qualitative
market research in a clear and honest way, with a professional approach that guarantees
well-thought-out, actionable results on time.
There are no juniors to put together your market research for it to be fronted
by a senior. Each project benefits from my dedicated attention and wealth of experience.
I became a full member of The Market Research Society in 1988.
Other personnel
On smaller-to-medium size projects I will carry out all of the interviewing and
analysis personally. On larger projects I regularly involve one or more highly
skilled, independent market researchers from a small panel of trusted colleagues
from previous agencies all with over a dozen years qualitative market research
experience.
Whatever the size of project, you will have experienced, marketing-aware
researchers carrying out all of the interviewing, all of the analysis and presenting
the results.
